Meet Annika

Annika Ek R.H.N. is the creator of Evolutionary Nutrition™.
She helps her clients, who are mostly women, reach their health and life goals through real and lasting transformation at all levels of their being.
At the core of Evolutionary Nutrition lies a thee-part framework that creates the fertile conditions needed for healthy habits to take root. Evolutionary Nutrition explores modern science and the answers our unique genetics provide for how to care for our unique bodies.
The Evolutionary Nutrition approach weaves these amazing scientific insights with ancient wisdom teachings that support turning insights into consistent action, also known as healthy habits.

“The biggest thing I learned is that change doesn’t have to be huge to be effective. It’s the tiny, simple habits that truly add up. They’re easy, effective, and they make me feel good about taking care of myself.”
“Fast food has almost disappeared from my life, and I’m eating more vegetables than ever. I’m not perfect, but I’m more aware, grounded, and making better choices more often. That’s a huge win for me.”
